Delete my account

You have the right at any time to request the permanent deletion of your Urbex Legends account and all associated personal data, in accordance with Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Recommended method — from the app

If you still have the app installed, deletion is immediate and automatic:

1. Open the Urbex Legends app.
2. Go to Settings (gear icon on the profile screen).
3. Account section > Delete my account.
4. Type the confirmation word requested then confirm.

Deletion is processed by a secure server-side function. The account is anonymized immediately and any future reconnection is blocked.

Alternative method — by email

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, you can send a request to our support. Click the button below to open your email client with a pre-filled message:

Our team acknowledges receipt within 72 hours and processes the deletion within 30 days maximum (in accordance with Article 12.3 GDPR).

What is deleted immediately

• Pseudonym, email address, hashed password.
• Avatar and customization settings.
• Posts, photos, descriptions and comments (content remains visible to other users under an anonymized name to preserve conversation coherence unless you explicitly request its removal — a detailed request enables full deletion).
• Preferences, notifications, geographical position.
• Virtual coins, badges, subscription (the subscription is terminated without refund of the started period — to cancel without deleting the account, see "Manage subscription" in the app).
• Social links (friends, pending requests, blocks, submitted reports).

What is retained (legal obligations)

• In-app purchase history for 10 years (French Commercial Code Art. L. 123-22, accounting obligation).
• Connection logs (IP address, timestamp) for 12 months (French CPCE Art. L. 34-1 / LCEN).
• Elements possibly necessary for the publisher to defend its rights in litigation (up to 5 years civil, 6 years criminal).
• Content removed for serious violations (CSAM, child endangerment, etc.) is preserved in non-public archive for provision to authorities if required.

Beyond these durations, data is anonymized or permanently deleted.

Consequences of deletion

• Deletion is irreversible. No restoration is possible after 30 days.
• Any active Premium subscription is terminated without refund of the started period.
• All Coins, badges, unlocked urbex and progression are permanently lost.
• You can of course create a new account later, but it will be empty.
